Wispr Flow is made by Wispr, Inc., a private voice-interface company. Its first product is Flow, an AI dictation application.

Founder and leadership

Tanay Kothari is a Wispr co-founder and the public author of the company's major funding announcement. Public company materials also identify Sahaj Garg as a co-founder. Current leadership titles can change, so use Wispr's own About and company profiles when a precise title matters.

Funding

In November 2025, Wispr announced $25 million in new funding led by Notable Capital with participation from Flight Fund. The company said that round brought total funding to $81 million.

That is a funding total, not revenue, profit, or valuation. Investment capital goes onto a company's balance sheet; it should not be reported as sales.

Valuation and revenue

Wispr does not publish a current valuation or revenue figure on the official pages reviewed for this article. Private-market estimates may appear in databases or news coverage, but they can use different dates and methods. We do not present an unverified estimate as an official number.

The same rule applies to founder net worth. A founder's paper ownership in a private company is not a liquid, publicly priced asset, and no reliable official net-worth figure is available.

Wispr Flow stock price

There is no public Wispr Flow stock ticker. Wispr is privately held, so ordinary investors cannot look up a live share price on a public exchange. Websites implying otherwise may be describing private secondary-market indications, a different company, or a speculative estimate.

If Wispr files for an IPO or becomes publicly traded, an exchange filing and ticker would be the authoritative evidence. Until then, “Wispr Flow stock price” has no official public-market answer.
